Dave is teaching Vertebrate Osteology this semester and is allowing me to be TA for the class, and already it has proved to be an incredibly informative experience. The class will eventually be required to differentiate and potentially identify bone fragments, a skill they will need in the field when researching archaeological sites. This week we have been covering the order Carnivora. How many of these skulls could you identify (don’t look at the labels too closely)?! If you get them all you are doing pretty well!
